             Green tea was originated in China and has been drank and used as medicine for years and years in Asia. Green tea is known for having antioxidants, which can get rid of free radicals. Drinking green tea can help promote a healthy diet for a person.

o   Decreases cholesterol levels
o   Prevents cancer, arthritis, and tooth decay
o   Fights off infections
